Apprenticeship as “employer in a company” at 2hm

The idea of “employer in a company” as a promotion of young managers comes from the USA and ideally prepares students for their later occupational entry. Team work and social competence are also promoted; special knowledge and the ability to make company-related decisions are prepared and met. Just as in occupational life, you will work with goals and receive one of our advisers as your mentor.

Are you interested in marketing, brands, operative and strategic brand management, strategic company leadership and market research? Do you have theoretical knowledge and are looking for additional practical experience in an international management consultant firm?

Within your activities, you will work together with a team of 2 to 3 more “employers” and form a “think tank” which will support our adviser and partner in their projects, but you will also develop new advising products. In order to make the thoughts of the “employer in a company” reality, the team receives a base salary of 2,000 Euro per month and payment dependent upon success if the advising products developed end upon the market. The commissioned payment and the success will be the goal for your team.

For this occupational challenge, we are searching for resilient and highly motivated interns – it does not matter if you are at the beginning or end of your main study or what field. You willing to work as an “employer in a company” to learn. You have a secure appearance and are able to quickly grasp and structure facts. You are god with MS Office, were able to have first experiences in a company and you like to research online.
