1999 Founding of the Strategy and Management Consultancy Herrmann – Huber – Meyrahn & Associates GmbH by Dr. Frank Huber, Prof. Dr. Andreas Herrmann und Frank Meyrahn

New business from renowned customers and challenging projects in the areas of research and consulting

2000 Development of selected key projects with cooperation partners

Acquisition of Leif Steinbrinker as additional partner

2001 Renaming to 2hm & Associates GmbH

2003 Increased acquisition and development of large international projects in areas of research, consulting and implementation.

2004 Founding of competence area for field phase telephony with 15 own CATI workstations

2005 In addition to long-standing customers 2hm acquires numerous new customers (among which renowned medium-sized firms and approx. half are DAX-listed companies).

Expansion of implementation projects owing to growth of number and type of experienced employees.

2006 Initial project in Africa (Ethiopia) – bringing 2hm consultancy expertise to all continents. Over 50% of projects have international character.

2hm has become the largest classic strategy and management consultancy firm in the State of Rheinland-Pfalz

Strategic investment via equity holding in IFM Institute for Brand Equity (Institut für Markenwert GmbH) in Frankfurt am Main

2007 Reorganization of 2hm & Associates GmbH with the creation of business units (consultancy focal points).

Finalization of a strategic exclusive agreement with a strong Asian partner for data processing, marketing automation, data mining, and database marketing

Spin-off of daughter company with focus upon “operative excellence” in the areas of CRM, data management, and IT-services - more soon to follow on this page.
