Dipl.-Kfm. Frank Meyrahn
Co-founder and managing partner
Frank Meyrahn is founder and managing director of 2hm & Associates; the largest strategy consultancy in the State of Rheinland-Pfalz (Rhineland-Palatinate). Prior to 2hm he was Sales Director for a consultancy firm for outsourcing and rightsizing, as well as partner for an international internet agency.
Frank Meyrahn studied Business Administration at the University of Mannheim. His specialty areas include sales optimization, implementation of strategic marketing projects (primarily B2B). Since 1995 he has led international consultancy projects through strategic and operative business issues.
Frank Meyrahn is active in the Service Club Round Table of Mainz and in his leisure time enjoys being with his family or his own garden.
Prof. Dr. Frank Huber
Partner, co-founder, shareholder and scientific consultant
Prof. Huber is founder and active partner of 2hm & Associates. Trained as a banker, he has consulted numerous companies since 1993 in B2B areas. During his doctorate work in Mannheim, various stations in foreign countries (e.g. London, Melbourne) and later post-graduate work in St. Gallen, Switzerland he has become one of the most sought-after European methodology experts. His areas of specialty include market-oriented product and service design, with regards to multi-variant analysis methods, and management of brands and strategy development. Prof. Huber brings this experience to consultancy projects as active project leader.
Since 2003 he holds the Department Chair of Business Administration and Marketing at the University of Mainz, as well as at the Center of Market-oriented Product and Production Management (CMPP).
During his career he has released over 300 publications and has authored or co-authored 15 books. On his free weekends he likes to rediscover the Schwäbische Alb with his family or relax with a good book.
Dipl.-Kfm. Leif Steinbrinker
Partner and shareholder
Leif Steinbrinker is partner and shareholder of 2hm & Associates. Previously to 2hm & Associates he was project member of the Windows NT Germany launch team at Microsoft Central Europe and actively accompanied the merger between Amazon.com and ABC Bücherdienst (today Amazon.de). Directly prior to his entrance to 2hm & Associates Leif Steinbrinker led the marketing department of a NASDAQ-listed company and was responsible from New York and Regensburg for the European expansion plans of the concern.
Leif Steinbrinker is a graduate of the University of Mannheim. His areas of specialty include customer preference measurements, customer-oriented design of product and services, the design of market-conform organization processes, as well as strategy development. He has a vast experience in business and consultancy projects. Leif Steinbrinker is a popular trainer at world’s largest business seminar provider IIR and the German market leader Management Circle, and is on the Board of Directors of the Marketing Club Mainz-Wiesbaden. Leif Steinbrinker uses his leisure time for his hobbies: experimental cooking and travelling.
Dipl.-Kfm. Christian Walka
Christian Walka is partner of 2hm & Associates GmbH since the beginning of 2009.
Previously to 2hm & Associates he has been Director Automotive market research of the infas TTR GmbH in Frankfurt and Senior Consultant of the Marketing Partner Management Consultants AG. He started his professional career as a scientific assistant of the DaimlerChrysler AG, first in the department of research & technology followed by positions in the departments of product strategy and product management.
Christian Walka is a graduate of the faculty of economics of the University of Würzburg.
His areas of specialty include market and customer intelligence, product and pricing research, value management, innovative and strategy consultation. He has more than 10 years of experience in business and consulting projects in the manufacturing and service and industry. Christian Walka is a speaker for the Car Training Institute and author of professional journals, e. g. ZfAW (Zeitschrift für die gesamte Automobile Wertschöpfungskette).
Christian Walka uses his leisure time for his hobbies: cooking, running, cycling on his mountain bike and his dog.
